化学镀/浸渍提拉复合法制备TiO_2光催化膜

摘要 先采用化学复合镀法在铁丝网上制备出Ni-P-TiO2薄膜,再将其浸入溶胶-凝胶法制得的TiO2前驱体凝胶中,利用浸渍提拉法制备出纳米TiO2复合薄膜。研究了单纯复合镀法、单纯溶胶-凝胶提拉法以及化学镀-提拉复合法3种制备方法获得的膜层组织以及对耐蚀性和光催化性的影响。结果表明,化学镀膜的耐蚀性好但光催化性略差,提拉膜的光催化性好但耐蚀性较差,而化学镀-提拉复合法制备的纳米TiO2薄膜具有耐蚀性和光催化性俱佳的效果。 The Ni-P-nano-TiO_2 coating on wire netting is prepared by electroless-deposition firstly,and then dips it into the pre-TiO_2 gel obtained by sol-gel and draws it up later so as to fabricate a composite film of nano-TiO_2.The influences of films that fabricated by three methods,electroless plating merely,soak lifting in gel merely and combined methods of electroless plating and soak-lifting on corrosion assistance and photocatalysis properties are studied.The results show that the plating film has better corrosion assistance but worse photocatalysis while the soak-lifting film has better photocatalysis but worse corrosion assistance.The film fabricated by combined methods of electroless plating and soak-lifting has the best properties in both corrosion assistance and photocatalysis.
