摘要
介绍了SINUMERIK 840D在数控曲轴磨床中的应用;叙述了数控曲轴磨床的硬件结构和系统硬件参数的调整与设定过程;通过对系统软件程序的编制以及实际调试,解决了砂轮恒线速切削、碰撞急退功能和双通道程序同时运行三大难点问题,使机床的加工精度,加工效率及安全性能得到改善。
In the paper,the applications of SINUMERIK840D in crankshaft grinding machines are introduced.Hardware structure,adjustment and settlement of system hardware parameters of them are made out.Through the establishment and debugging actually of the system software procedure,three major difficult problems:Emery wheel permanent line cut,collide urgent to retreat function,pairs of pass way procedure running at the same time are solved.Theoretical design is well combined with practical application.
