摘要
针对国内筛管数控系统移植性存在的问题,用PCL-839卡开发一套专用开放式数控系统。根据筛管图形,确定了加工方案;对PCL-839卡工作原理及功能进行分析;以VC++为软件开发平台,对数控系统进行研究开发。
Aiming at the deficiency in transplantation performance of the civil NC systerm and present NC system research,a kind of specific and open NC system was accomplished successfully by the PCL-839 Card.In this paper,The machining project is confirmed according to the slotted pipe picture.According to the PCL-839 Card operating principle and function,a kind of NC system is developed in Visual C++ environment.
