This paper first introduces the status of the Chinese character input method,explains the national standard associated with Chinese character input scheme.Then it promotes the significance of the dynamic evaluating system of the Chinese input methods,gives the way and the major fact that affect the test results,and describes the functions of the system,Also it describes the design and the realization of the dynamic evaluating system in detail.Finally this paper presents a set of evaluating results.The dynamic evaluating system can be a universal evaluating platform for general input methods,Using this platform we can design code scheme and discuss the criterions more effectively.This evaluating system is very useful for the designer of Chinese character input system and it is significant for establishment of a scientific appraising system.
