摘要
麻纺织工业中,软麻工序处理直接影响到后道工序。在软麻乳化液率智能控制系统中,应用基本模糊控制器的方法,乳化液率难于达到标准。将插值计算结合到模糊判决过程中,简化了模糊控制表的设计。实际运行表明该系统具有动态响应好、超调小,稳态品质较高,无静差以及鲁棒性较强等特点。改进后的系统,乳化液率的合格品由48%提高到62%。
In the hemp textile industry,hemp-intenerating procedure affects directly the subsequent procedures,In the intelligent control system of hemp-intenerating emulsion rate,with the application of traditional basic fuzzy control method,emulsion rate is hard to reach standard.It has simplified the design of fuzzy control with the unification of the interpolation calculation and the fuzzy decision-making.The actual running of this system has indicated the characteristics of good dynamically responds,less over-modulation,stable quality,and almost error-free.With the advance system,the emulsion rate of product quality had been enhanced from 48% to 62%.
