摘要 目的探讨成人教育护生对教师课堂教学质量评价的特点和意义,提高教学质量。方法在成人本科护生和大专护生中采用自行设计的“教师课堂教学质量评价表”,分别在教师得到反馈前后进行两次问卷调查。结果对教师课堂教学反馈前后两次评价结果比较,在教学方法和教学内容方面有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);大专护生的评价分值高于本科护生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论客观地评价课堂教学效果,能够引导授课教师有针对性地改进教学方法,提高教学质量。 Objective To explore the characteristics and value of teaching quality evaluation from aduh students,in order to improve the quality of higher nursing education. Method Data were collected on adult baccalaureate degree nursing students and adult associate degree nursing students with self - designed "evaluation form of teaching quality". The investigation was conducted twice before and after the teacher got feedback. Results There was significant difference in the score of methods and contents of teaching before and after the teacher got feedback( P 〈 0. 05). Moreover, the score from associate degree nursing students showed relatively higher than that of baccalaureate nursing students (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Evaluation from adult students is an important part in the teaching quality evaluation system. Objective teaching quality evaluation can guide teachers to improve their teaching methods purposely and enhance the quality of teaching.
