摘要
目的运用发展性教学方式培养护生的自主学习能力。方法以我校2004届选修《护理教育学》课程的57名护理本科生为实验组,在该课程中改革教学方法和手段,采用启发式、研究性教学方法;2003届选修《护理教育学》课程55名护理本科生为对照组,采用传统的教学方法。在课程结束时采用自主学习能力量表评价护生自主学习的能力。结果2004届与2003届护理本科生自主学习能力总分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),2004届护生较2003届护生自主学习能力强,在其3个维度上除自我管理能力没有差别外,2004届护生信息能力、学习合作能力均优于2003届护生(P<0.01)。结论运用发展性教学方式改革教学方法有助于提高护生的自主学习能力。
Objective Applying developmental teaching method to develop nursing students' ability of self- directed learning. Method The 57 baccalaureate nursing students in class 2004 were recruited in the experimental group, in which the new teaching methods such as heuristic teaching and research - focused teaching method were adopted in the course of " nursing education". The 55 baccalaureate nursing students in class 2003 were recruited in the control group,in which the traditional teaching methods were adopted in the same course of " nursing education". The Self - Directed Learning Competence Scale was used to evaluate students' ability of self- directed learning at the end of the course. Result There was significant difference in the total score of self - directed learning competence between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ), which indicated that the students' self - directed learning ability in class 2004 was significantly better than that of class 2003. Except the factor of self- management ability, there were significant differences in the other two factors (P 〈0.01 ) ,which indicated that the students' ability of information obtaining and cooperation with others in class 2004 were better than that of class 2003. Conclusion The application of developmental teaching method was helpful for the improvement of students' ability of self- directed learning.
