摘要
如果汉水流域地方领导能够确立大旅游、大产业和大发展的文化旅游发展战略格局,使全汉水流域上下形成一种共识,在相关部门和系统之间建立大协作机制,自觉地从六大意识出发、把牢六个文化抓手、克服文化旅游经济发展过程中现存的十五种严重不足,强力整合文化和文化产业资源,使文化资源和旅游资源高度融合,全力打造九大文化旅游品牌,用文化的力量、方式和手段来解决有关文化旅游的问题,进而大力服务、推进旅游经济发展,就会使汉水流域文化资源丰厚的禀赋,成为发展文化旅游产业的比较优势,潜在的资源一旦转化为现实的产业优势,其发展前景将十分广阔。
If the local governments' leaders can set up culture tourist development strategical pattern of big tourism, big industry and overall development, make all the people in the Hanjiang River region come to one consensus and establish the system of overall cooperation among relative organizations and systems, consciously start from the six senses and gasp the six culture key points, overcome the fifteen shortcomings in the process of culture tourist economy and integrate cultures and culture industry resources so that we can highly integrate culture and tourist resources and work b.ard to create nine culture tourist brands and resolve the problems related to culture tourism with the power of culture and in the way of culture, so that we can serve and promote the development of tourist economy, make the gift of Hanjiang River region culture resources become the advantage of developing culture tourist industry. When the potential resources are transformed into real industrial advantages, their development prospect is very positive.
