杨献珍同志是从鄂西北大山区走出去的优秀儿女,作为他故乡的人民,我们感到尤为自豪、荣幸和仰慕。在纪念他诞辰110周年的时候,我们重温了杨老的曲折而又光辉的历史。在其漫长而又坎坷的革命生涯中,杨老始终用自己的言行捍卫着党和人民的利益,保持着一个共产党员敢于坚持真理、敢于斗争、对党忠诚、为党和人民的事业勇于献身的精神,体现了老一辈革命家的崇高的革命风范,不愧是党和人民的忠诚卫士。

Comrade Yang Xian--zhen was the outstanding Party member coming out of the Northwest mountain region of Hubei Province; as the people of his home town, we are full of proud and admiration. On his 110 anniversary, we review his tortuous and brilliant history. Through his long and tortuous revolutionary life, he has always protected the interest of the Party and the people in his words and actions, remained a Party member＇s spirit of being brave to keep truth and fight against the antirevolutionary and being faithful to the Party and being brave to sacrifice his life for the cause of the Party and the People, demonstrated the noble demeanour of old revolutionists, worthy of the defender of the Party and the people.
