摘要
在清代,大量移民涌入鄂西北山区,他们不仅开垦了大量的荒地,还垦殖了宝贵的森林资源,造成了严重的环境问题。为了保证农业生产和社会的发展,移民们在其生产、生活的地区兴修了大量的各类水利设施。
