高校国防教育机制,是高校国防教育系统内各构成要素之间相互联系和相互作用的制约关系及其实现系统目标和功能的运行方式。
University and college national defence education system is the relative connections between all composing factors in University and college national defence education system and the restricting relationships of mutual action and the moving means to realize the objective and function of this system.
