关于促进我国循环经济的立法思考

Thinking on the Making of Recycling Economy's Law

我国在促进循环经济的立法上取得了一定的进展,但目前的立法与循环经济发展的要求相差甚远,必须大力加强。当前应抓紧创制循环经济社会的基本法《循环经济法,》并在此基础上建立起生产、分配、消费和技术支撑等环节中促进循环经济的法律法规体系。

Though China has gained some achievement on making recycling economy＇s laws, the relevant laws of current China still can not meet the needs of the development of recycling economy. What should be done now is to legislate a basic ＂Law of Recycling Economy＂, and then to stipulate a series of relevant regulations concerning production, distribution, consumption, and necessary technology.
