摘要
文章认为,复合型出版人才具有很高的综合素质,在现代出版界是稀缺资源。受出版体制和出版教育体制制约,复合型人才短期内不可能大量出现。追求所有出版从业人员都成为复合型人才不切合实际。树立科学的人才观,调整好人才结构,建立科学的绩效评估机制,以人为本,才是解决目前出版人才问题的根本。
According to this article, so called "compound talents" in the publishing field should be of high and comprehensive quality, which could not appear in large quantitie due to the limitation of the current publishing system and education system. Therefore, we should have proper expectation and set reasonable evaluation standard for the talents of the current publishing field.
