摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立,高等教育改革引发了教育领域的竞争,尤其是高校扩招与教育战略的转移,使我国教育领域的竞争越来越激烈,高校的竞争也由初期的数量、规模竞争逐步转入深层次的声誉竞争。因此,加强新时期高校声誉的培养和维护,对增强我国高校的竞争力非常重要。
With the establishment of socialist market economy system, the reform of higher education field initiate the educational competition, especially the college recruit and educating strategic transfer and making the competitive reputation of Chinese educational market become more amore intense. The competition in colleges has changed from quantity of initial stage to the reputation competition, This paper has studied the forms of college reputation based on the theories of reputation management and has put forward some suggestion to strengthen college reputation management.
