颅-面联合进路治疗前颅底区肿瘤的护理

Nursing care of the skull base carcinoma before the treatment of combined intracranial-facial approach

目的总结颅-面联合手术的护理经验,以求提高手术成功率,减少并发症,达到最佳护理效果。方法对26例实施颅-面联合手术的病人进行全面分析,总结其术前、术后护理经验。结果26例病人经过术前、术后的精心护理,均痊愈出院,无严重并发症发生。结论颅-面联合进路术式涉及多学科领域其临床护理特征是多学科的综合护理。

Objective To sum up the nursing experiences of combined intracranial facial approach, in order to increase the successful rate of operation, decrease the complications, and achieve the best nursing effect. Methods Twenty-six patients who underwent the combined intracranial facial approach were analyzed completely. The nursing experiences before and after the operation were summarized. Results With the aborative nursing before and after the operation, 26 patients were fully recovered from the illness without the serious complications and successfully discharged from the hospital, Conclusions The combined intracranial facial approach involves multi-disciplinary fields. The clinical nursing feature is a comprehensive nursing including multiple disciplines.
