摘要
研究了裸花紫珠的抗炎作用及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,裸花紫珠能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足跖肿胀,表明其具有良好的抗炎作用;裸花紫珠能增加小鼠碳粒廓清指数,表明其可增强机体免疫能力。
The anti- inflammatory and immunologic effects of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. Et Am, were studied. The results showed that Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. Et Am. obviously inhibited the swelhng of mouse auricles induced by xylene, suppressed the edema of rat hind paw swelling elicited by carrageenan,which suggest the Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. Et Am. has obviously anti - inflammatory effect; Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. Et Am. can increase carbon clearance in mice, which suggest Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.Et Am. has the function of immunologic enhancement.
