摘要
棉纺织印染业是国内纺织行业发展的基础行业,是服装、家用纺织品及产业用纺织品等行业的前道行业,为国家积累资金、出口创汇,解决人们的衣着、就业和“三农”问题等都做出了巨大贡献。棉纺织印染业同样面临着压力,存在着创新投入严重不足、研发人员不足、原创的新产品数量少、面料创新的内涵元素少等问题,必须通过创新,提升行业核心竞争力,产品创新开发是必由之路。
The cotton textile sector (related printing and dyeing included) is a pillar sector of the Chinese textile industry and a supplier to the downstream garment, home-textiles and technical textiles sectors in the textile chain. It plays important role in accumulating capital, earning foreign currency, satisfying people's clothing need and offering job opportunities. The cotton textile sector is facing the same challenge as the entire textile industry and suffering from the symptoms such as insufficient investment in innovation, lack of R & D personnel, lack of independent brand and lack of innovative products. So the only way for the cotton textile sector is to play emphasis on innovation and improve its core competence by developing innovative products.
