摘要
纬编针织物在应用于高性能树脂复合材料时,有突出的适形性,特别适合深度模压成形加工,并比其它织物增强复合材料有更好的抗冲击性能、能量吸收性能和抗疲劳性能等,在各个技术领域有越来越广泛和深入的研究和应用。文章就国内外在纬编针织物增强复合材料的研究和应用中所涉及到的纬编结构及其应用特性进行了阐述。
Weft-knitted fabric, when being used for making resin-finished composite material, has outstanding conformability to shape. It is especially suitable for mold processing, where the resulted products have better impact-resistant, energy-absorption and fatigue-resistant properties than composite materials reinforced by other fabrics. Weft-knitted fabric has been increasingly used in various technical fields and profound study has been carried out on such fabric. The article discusses the weft-knitted structure and its application characteristics involved in the study and applications of weft-knitted fabric reinforced composite materials at home and abroad.
