摘要
通过试验研究,生产牛奶蛋白纤维纱制品的难点主要在于漂白与上浆工艺。文章对漂白、增白的方法进行分析研究,得出还原漂牛奶蛋白纤维纱线制品的白度优于氧漂、氯漂、双漂、二次氧漂、冷漂。加入抗静电剂解决了牛奶蛋白纤维在准备织造工艺中存在的静电粘连等问题。
Related tests and studies show that the difficult points in the processing of milk protein yarn exist in bleaching and sizing processes. By analyzing different bleaching and whitening methods, the article concludes that the milk protein yarn treated by reduction bleaching method has better whiteness than those treated with other bleaching methods such as oxygen bleaching, chlorine bleaching, double bleaching, secondary oxygen bleaching and cold batch bleaching. Adding antistatic agent during bleaching can effectively avoid the sticking problem resulted from electrostatic charge in the weaving preparation process.
