摘要
阐述了图书馆“读者第一”原则的客观依据,并从人文服务规律的概念、人文服务规律的具体体现、图书馆以读者为本的服务、读者的合法权益4个方面对图书馆“读者第一”与人文服务的关系进行了论述。
This paper expounds the objective bases of the principle of "readers first" in the library, and discusses on the relationship between the principle of "readers first" and the humanistic service from four aspects of the concept of the humanistic service regularity, the concrete externalization of the humanistic service regularity, the human-based service of library and readers' legal rights.
