以社会排斥为概念工具,从市场排斥的角度分析了农村富余劳动力生成的原因,并从结构排斥、制度排斥和功能排斥的角度分析了影响农村富余劳动力有效转移的制约性机制。

Using the social exclusion as a conceptional tool, this paper analyzes on the causes of the generation of rural surplus labor from the angle of the market exclusion, and from the angles of the structure exclusion, system exclusion and function exclusion, probes into the restricting mechanism of influencing the effective transfer of rural surplus labor.
