在电力供需矛盾仍然尖锐,全省缺电状况仍将持续的形势下,对太原电网孤立系统低频减载的分析具有重要意义。着重对南社、太原第二热电厂老厂及冶峪、太原第一热电厂老厂地区的低周运行情况进行了分析。

Under the situation that the contradiction between the electric power supply and demand is still sharp and the electric power shortage in whole province will be still continuous, the analysis on the low-frequency load-reduction of Taiyuan isolated electric network system possesses important significance. This paper makes the analysis emphatically on the low-cycle operation of the Nanshe area, the old location of Taiyuan No.2 Heat and Power Plant and the Yeyu area, and the old location of Taiyuan No. 1 Heat and Power Plant.
