摘要
信息技术的发展催生了电子商务,它使企业所处的内外环境都发生了重大的变化,这些变化使企业的人力资源出现一些新的特点,使得对员工的非物质激励显得更加重要。通过分析电子商务对企业人力资源的影响,就员工的非物质激励提出了一些建议。
The development of the information technology had hastened the parturition of E-commerce, which has made enterprise' s internal and external environment be changed greatly. Because of these changes the human resource of enterprise gets some new features and the immaterial stimulation for employees is more important. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the immaterial stimulation for employees through analyzing the influence of E-commerce on enterprise ' s human resource.
