摘要
较系统地研究了以活性炭负载硅钨酸为催化剂,对环己酮与1,2-丙二醇为原料合成环己酮-1,2-丙二醇缩酮的反应条件。在环己酮与1,2-丙二醇的投料物质的量比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的0.5%,反应时间为1 h条件下,环己酮-1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达76.5%。
Cyclohexanone 1,2-pmpanediol ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of H4SiW12O40/C. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions were molar ratio of cyelohexanone to 1,2-pmpanedlol is 1 : 1.5 ,the quantity of catalyst was equal to 0.5% of feed stocks, and the reaction time was 1.0 h.H4SiW12O40/C is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and its yield could be up to 76.5 %.
