摘要
本文采用正交设计方法研究在冻融交替作用下聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗冻耐久性能,找出冻融环境中满足混凝土强度和耐久性的最优配合比。试验结果表明,在冻融循环过程中,水胶比是影响混凝土抗压强度损失率的最为显著的因素;纤维掺量是影响混凝土质量损失率的最显著的因素。当混凝土基体冻胀开裂以后,掺入混凝土基体的聚丙烯纤维能充分发挥阻裂作用,有效改善混凝土的抗冻性能。
The orthogonal design method was used to research polypropylene fiber concrete frost resistance in the paper. The best mix proportion was found out, which meets strength and durability of concrete exposed to the freeze-thaw environment. The test results showed that water-binder ratio was most noticeable in influencing factors on the concrete strength loss. But in influencing ones on the concrete mass loss, the polypropylene fiber was. Polypropylene fiber had effect on restraining crack when the concrete matrix cracked during freezing and thawing cycle. Polypropylene fiber admixed to the concrete matrix could improve concrete frost resistance greatly.
