摘要
通过对相同掺量下(0.9kg/m 3)的聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度与混凝土强度等级的关系的分析,并研究了其变化规律,得出以下结论:掺加聚丙烯纤维后,纤维混凝土与普通混凝土强度之间的关系与混凝土强度等级相关。即强度等级低的混凝土(C20)掺加聚丙烯纤维后的强度比普通混凝土有所降低,但随着混凝土强度等级的提高,聚丙烯纤维混凝土的强度也随之提高,接近或超过普通混凝土的强度。
Concrete containing polypropylene fibers at the same weight fraction (0.9kg/m^3) is investigated in terms of compressive, axial compressive, and splitting tensile strength properties. The strength ofpolypropylene fibers reinforced concrete and the grade of concrete strength are positively correlated. Test results show that the fibers, when used in lower grade of concrete strength, could result in lower strength compared to the plain concrete; while it could result in close to, or even higher strength compared to the plain counterpart when used in much higher grade of concrete strength.
