聚羧酸系高效减水剂在南水北调保定漕河段工程中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目前,在众多系列的减水剂中,含有梳形分子结构的聚羧酸类减水剂具有分散性强、混凝土坍落度损失小等优越特性,是国内外化学外加剂研究与开发的热点。CS-SP1型第三代聚羧酸高效减水剂由于其具有高减水率、低水化热、低收缩且自身氯离子含量和碱含量低等优异性能被应用于南水北调保定漕河段工程中。本文主要介绍了CS-SP1型超塑化剂在南水北调保定漕河段工程中以高减水率、高性能、低收缩为主要技术指标的水工大体积薄壁混凝土中的应用。 At present, polycarboxylate water reducing agents with the carboxyl molecule structure are superior to other water reducing agents because of high dispersibility and small concrete slump loss, therefore they are the hot products searched by the R&D institutes home and abroad. The third generation of polycarboxylate high performance water reducing agent, CS-SPI, features with high water reducing rate, low hydration heat and low shrinkage, low chloride ion and alkali content can also be applied in Caohe reach of Baoding in project to divert water from the Yangtze River to north China. The application of superplasticizer CS-SPI in the hydraulic structure of mass concrete in this project is introduced in this article. The major technical indicators are high water reducing rate, high performance and low shrinkage.
