摘要
通过锥形轴套的铸造工艺设计,探讨如何对某些补缩通道不足的常规铸件,将其壁厚适当加厚当作厚壁铸件来处理;对锥形轴套进行5种工艺设计,在进行凝固模拟分析后,综合考虑发现砂型铸造局部加厚方案,不仅毛坯质量小,模型、工装费用低,且操作简单,生产周期短,通过对锥形轴套铸造工艺方案的讨论,着重介绍贯穿于其中的工艺设计思想和设计方法。
How to resolve inadequate feeding channel of some conventional parts has been approached by designing casting processing for cone axle Cu sleeve. Five kinds of casting processes for cone axle Cu sleeve were conducted by properly increasing the wall-thickness of the parts based on the solidification simulation method. Practical verification shows that partial wall-thickness-addition for casting mold can not only ensure good ingot quality and low assemble cost, but also obtain convenient operation and short production period.
