摘要
盐酸安非他酮为一种抗抑郁药物.以间氯苯甲酰氯为原料,经酰化、格氏反应、溴化和N-烃基化反应得盐酸安非他酮.并运用元素分析、UV、IR、HNMR和MS进行结构确证.改进后的工艺总收率达50.8%(以间氯苯甲酰氯计).结果表明操作方法简便,总收率较高.
Bupropion hydrochloride is an antidepressant, m - chlorobenzoyl chloride takes for raw material in this artical. After through acylate, Grignard reaction, bromination, N - alkylation, the bupropion hydrochloride was obtained. The structures of the products were determined by elemental analysis, UV, IR,^1H - NMR , ^13C -NMR and MS. the total yield of bupropion hydrochloride was 50.8% based on m- chlorobenzoyl chloride. The result shows that the method is convenient and the total yield is higher.
