编制区域人防规划是实施地区民防工程建设的基本依据,文章重点介绍了上海万里居住区人防规划的大致分布及功能,目前人防的建设情况,最终建起了集商业、交通、人防为一体的综合化、系统化的地下空间。
Compilation of regional civil defense is a basis of carrying out regional civil defense engineering. The article mainly introduces general distributions and functions of civil defense planning, current construction progress of the civil defense as well as integrated and systematized underground space combining commerce, transport and civil defense in Shanghai Wanli Residential Community.
