摘要
目的:探讨减毒活卡介苗对哮喘患儿细胞因子的调节作用。方法:用抽签法将40例急性发作期哮喘患儿随机分为两组,每组20例。减毒活卡介苗组予全球哮喘防治创议(GINA方案)+减毒活卡介苗0.1ml皮内注射;常规治疗组单纯GINA方案治疗。酶联法检测治疗前后血清IgE及外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)诱生的白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)及γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)。结果:两组治疗后IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ均高于治疗前(P<0.01),IgE均低于治疗前(P<0.01)。两组间治疗前后IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、IgE变化的幅度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:5×104CFU的减毒活卡介苗皮内注射对3岁以上哮喘患儿IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、IgE失衡的调节无明显意义。
Objective:To study the effects of attenuated BCG vaccine on cytokines in children with asthma. Methods:40 patients with acute asthma were divided into two groups: control or intervention groups, all patients were managed according to Global Initiative for Asthma guidelines, patients in intervention group ( n = 20) were also vaccinated subcutaneously with attenuated BCG vaccine. The levels of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ derived from peripheral, blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and serum IgE were measured by ELISA before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the levels of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ were increased (P 〈 0. 01 ) in two groups, and the levels of IgE were decreased in two groups( P 〈 0.01 ). There were no significant differences in the levels of IL-2 , IL-12, IFN-γ, IgE between control and intervention groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : There were no significant effects of attenuated BCG vaccine (5 × 10^4 CFU ) on the elevated levels of IL-2,IL-12, IFN-γ, IgE in 3 - 12 years old patients with asthma.
