The Relation between CRP and Cerebral Infarction in Diabetes

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病合并脑梗死时C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化规律。方法:选正常对照组(A)162例,糖尿病无脑梗死组(B)168例,糖尿病并脑梗死组(C)103例。分别检测CRP、总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(PPBS)。结果:B组和C组与A组比较:TG、CHO、LDL-C差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);C组与B组比较:只有CRP、LDL-C差异有显著性(P<0.05)。3组CRP随空腹血糖和餐后2小时血糖的升高而升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:A组和B组CRP升高不明显,而C组CRP明显升高。 Objective:To study the C-reactive protein level in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Three groups were included in the study:Group A consistting of 162 normal people as control group,Group B consistting of 168 diabetic patients without cerebral infarction and Group C consistting of 103 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. CRP, Cholesterol total (CHO), Triglyceride (TG) , High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) , Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), Fasting blood glucose (FBG) ,and Postprandial Blood Sugar (PPBS) were respectively measured. Results:Compared to Group A, there were significant difference of TG, CHO and LDL-C between Group A and Group B or Group C ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ) ; there were significant difference of CRP and LDL-C between Group B and Group C( P 〈 0.05 ). Companying elevated levels of FBG and PPBS , CRP levels were significantly elevated in three groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Elevated CRP level was observed in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction,but the level of CRP was not significantly elevated in diabetic patients without cerebral infarction.
