我国农田灌溉发展近况及其对粮食安全的贡献

The Recent Developments and the Contributation of Farmland Irrigation to National Grain Safeness in China

简要介绍了我国农田灌溉和灌溉粮食作物的发展近况（2000～2004年）。分析了我国灌溉地粮食生产对全国粮食安全的贡献：2003年我国灌溉农田占全国耕地面积的43．8％，灌溉地粮食产量占粮食总产的75．9％。据分析，今后东北3省的优质水稻以及河南、新疆等省市区的优质小麦仍会有一定的发展空间。

The recent developments of farmland irrigation and the planting areas of the grain crops that irrigation is needed were briefly presented in this paper. The contribution of grain production in the irrigated farmland to the national grain safeness was analyzed in the paper, in which the ratio of the area between the irrigated farmland and the arable land was 43.8%, the ratio of the grain yield between the irrigated farmland and the arable land was 75.9% in China in 2003. The high-quality rice areas in Heilongjiang, Jielin and Liaoning and the high-quality wheat areas in Henan, Xinjiang and so on should be increased by a margin in the near future.
