Research on Institutional Barrier of Management of Large-scale Public Sport Facility

根据我国经济体制改革与体育改革的大背景,主要采用实证研究和规范研究相结合的方法,研究大型公共体育场(馆)经营管理的基本状况和存在的主要问题,分析大型公共体育场(馆)的资产性质、主要功能、公益性和经营性关系,提出解决大型公共体育场(馆)体制性障碍的建议。

Based on Background of our reform practice in economic system and sport management combining empirical study and normative research, this paper points out the basic condition of large-scale public sport facility and the existing institutional problems ,analyzes the characteristic of the assets ,main function and relationship between non-profit and profit-making of large-scale public sport facility, puts forward the value estimation and reformatory countermeasures to overcome the institutional barrier.
