摘要
采用Directshow框架,对运动检测的传统模型提出了简化和改进,设计了一个功能较完整的运动检测Fitler,用在网络视频监控项目中,得出了实验结果。
A system of real-time motion detect based on directshow is designed. The method which used in this paper is simplified and improved. A perfect filter has designed and its experimental result applied to net video inspecting has submitted.
