摘要 变频电机定子绝缘承受来自逆变器的连续高压脉冲方波,其老化机理与工频正弦电压作用下具有很大差异。本文设计了一种连续高压脉冲绝缘老化试验系统,以聚酰亚胺薄膜为试验对象,研究了脉冲幅值、频率以及温度对绝缘寿命的影响,提出了基于连续高压脉冲方波的绝缘老化寿命模型。 Stator insulation of inverter-fed motors is experiencing continuous impulses with significant harmonics and transients. There are many differences in insulation aging mechanism between under continuous impulses and under sine waves. However, there are few papers which discuss the life curve under continuous impulses. In order to test insulation properties under continuous impulses, a new insulation aging test system is developed. The influences of impulse amplitude, frequency, temperature on insulation life are investigated by using polyimide film. Finally, a novel insulation life model is developed based on the above test results. It is helpful for the insulation design of inverter-fed motor.
