摘要
采用共沉淀-浸渍法制备出新一代乙烯氧氯化BC-2-002A催化剂,考察了BC-2-002A催化剂的物性指标和催化性能,同时与进口催化剂进行了对比。采用加压流化床反应器对BC-2-002A催化剂进行了活性评价,在反应温度(225±2)℃、反应压力0.2M Pa、气态空速1 600h-1、原料气配比n(C2H4)∶n(HC l)∶n(O2)=1.64∶2.00∶0.64的条件下,HC l转化率大于等于99.50%,1,2-二氯乙烷(EDC)的纯度大于等于99.50%,尾气中CO2的体积分数小于1.00%。将BC-2-002A催化剂应用于200kt/a乙烯氧氯化制氯乙烯工业装置,对各项主要技术指标进行了重点监控。工业应用试验结果表明,添加助催化剂,有效改进了BC-2-002A催化剂的催化性能。与进口催化剂相比,BC-2-002A催化剂的活性好,转化率高,副反应少,产品DEC的纯度高。
A novel catalyst (BC-2-002A)for oxychlorination of ethylene was prepared by coprecipitation-impregnation and used in a 200 kt/a commercial installation ( Qilu Branch Company, SINOPEC). Properties and activity of the catalyst were investigated and compared with imported catalyst. Under appropriate reaction conditions : temperature( 225 ± 2 ) ℃, pressure 0.2 MPa, gas hourly space velocity 1 600 h t, and n ( C2 H4 ) : n (HCl) : n ( O2 ) 1.64 : 2.00 : 0.64, conversion of HC1 can reach more than 99.50%, purity of 1,2-dichloroethane more than 99.50%, less by-products and CO2 in tail gas less than 1.00%. Industrial application of the catalyst indicates that addition of specific cocatalyst can substantially improve performance of the catalyst.
