摘要
从烯烃配位聚合的角度出发,综述了近十年来以β-二酮化合物及其衍生物为配体骨架的有机金属催化剂的结构特征和催化性能。β-二酮化合物通过与不同当量的胺发生缩合反应形成单取代或二取代的酮胺类配体,然后与过渡金属反应形成有机金属配合物。其中,ⅣB族过渡金属配合物的催化性能十分优异,催化活性高,可聚合单体种类广,催化性能可调范围大。聚合物性能可通过改变催化剂的电子和立体效应来定制。
This review covered recent development on structures and activities of polyolefin catalysts based on β-diketone and its derivatives, β-diketone compound reacted with different equivalent amines to produce mono-ketimine or diketimine compounds, forming ligands of the complexes. Group Ⅳ B transition metal complexes bearing β-diketone and its derivatives were highly active for olefin coordination polymerization. The catalytic performance could be easily tuned to produce tailor-made polymers by controlling electronic and steric effects of the ligands. Advance of organometallic complexes based on β-diketone and its derivatives in olefin coordination polymerization was summarized in detail.
