摘要
以天然右旋冰片作为手性助剂,与非手性的丙烯酸进行酯化反应,生成手性的丙烯酸冰片酯,该酯与环戊二烯在不同条件下进行不对称的Diels-Alder反应,再进行水解,得到指定构型过量的二环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2-羧酸.
The asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction of cycolpentadiene with bomyl acrylate under different conditions was studied, which was prepared by reaction of the chiral auxiliary bomeol with the achiral reagent acrylic acid. The predicting excess configuration of the bicycle [ 2.2.1] hept-5-ene-2-carboxylic acid was obtained after the Diels-Alder adduct was hydrolyzed.
