摘要
用自制增韧母料(E-TMB)与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)热机械共混制得增韧HDPE(2200J HDPE/E1-TMB和5000S HDPE/E2-TMB)共混物,研究了E-TMB中弹性体质量分数(E)对增韧HDPE力学性能及熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响.结果表明,两系列共混物熔体的MFR随母料中E的增加大体呈增大的趋势;当E为44%时,2200JHDPE/E1-TMB共混物的综合力学性能最好;当E为36%时,5000S HDPE/E2-TMB共混物的力学性能最好.
Toughened HDPE (2200J HDPE/E1-TMB and 5000S HDPE/E2-TMB) blends are prepared with toughening master batch E-TMB and HDPE by thermal mechanical blending,and the influences of the elastomer content (E) in E-TMB on the mechanical properties and MFR of toughened HDPE are investigated. The results show that MFR of toughened HDPE increases as increasing the elastomer content in E-TMB. The mechanical property of 2200J HDPE/E1-TMB blend is the best as E is 44%, and that of 5000S HDPE/E2-TMB blend is the best as E is 36 %.
