铁水脱硅渣改性合成长效钾肥的研究

摘要 以铁水脱硅渣和碳酸钾为原料合成钾肥,利用X射线衍射对钾肥试样的结晶性能进行了分析,并在水和柠檬酸溶液中分别测定了合成钾肥中钾元素的溶出率。考察了氧化钾加入量、加热温度、保温时间以及冷却方式对合成钾肥结晶性能和钾元素溶出率的影响。结果表明,利用铁水脱硅渣和碳酸钾为原料可以合成钾肥;合成钾肥中的含钾化合物以非结晶相的形式存在;合成钾肥中的钾在水溶液中的溶出率小于其在柠檬酸中的溶出率,也远远低于农用硫酸钾肥在水中的溶出率,合成钾肥具有明显的缓释效果;改变合成温度、保温时间以及冷却方式等,对合成试样的结晶性能以及试样中钾元素溶出率的影响很小。 The synthesis of potash fertilizer from desiliconization slag and potassium carbonate, and the dissolution rate of potassium from potash fertilizer different conditions were studied. The influence of amount of potassium oxide addition, heating temperature, holding time and cooling mode on crystallizability of and dissolution rate of potassium from potash fertilizer were investigated. The results showed that the potash fertilizer can be synthesized with desiliconized slag and potassium carbonate, and is composed of amorphous potassium containing compounds. The dissolution rate of potassium from fertilizer in water is less than that in aqueous citric acid solution and much less than that from widely used fertilizer of potassium sulphate. The fact shows that the potash fertilizer synthesized with desiliconized slag has an obvious property of slow release. The effect of heating temperature, holding time and cooling mode on its crystallizability and dissolution rate of potassium is not obvious.
