公平的理想与现实反差的矛盾

The Contradiction between the Ideal of Fairness and the Contrast of Reality

公平包括了公正、公道、公开、公心、平等、正义等的多重涵义,不同的个人、阶层、利益集团对公平的理解和期望不一样,从而导致了公平的差异性、多样性和复杂性。任何人都有自己心目中所希望获得的理想的公平,但是,理想的公平与现实之间往往存在着较大的反差。要想顺利获得理想的公平,就需要明确公平的相对与绝对、客观与主观、理想与现实的差异性。

Fairness includes being just, impartial, open, public, equal, righteous and so on. Different interpretation and anticipation of fairness of various people, social classes and organizations lead to the difference, diversification and complexity of fairness. Everybody has his own ideal fairness, but there is usually a big contrast between the ideal fairness and the reality. To acquire the ideal fairness, we should make sure the relative and absolute fairness, the objective and subjective fairness and the difference of fairness in the ideal and the reality.
