摘要
目的增进护理人员的临床护理能力、学术能力,建立生涯规划,满足护理专业人员培训、发展的需求,确保优秀护理人力,增加工作满意度。方法选择1998年~2005年在上海儿童医学中心工作的护理人员284名。设定护理人员临床专业能力进阶层级,明确定义护理人员临床专业能力各能级的标准、进阶条件、实践范围,建立和实施分能级在职教育课程设置,制定护理人员进阶审核的过程。结果284名护理人员总共进阶259人次,从事与能级匹配的临床实践工作,平均每名护理人员每年接受在职教育85学时,在核心期刊上发表论文为65篇,31篇论文在国内护理大会报告,8篇论文在国际护理大会报告。申报成功国家级继续教育项目5项,举办培训班14次.结论护理人员专业能力进阶项目有助于护士专业发展,提高工作满意度,减少优秀护理人员的流失。
Objective To improve clinical nursing ability, academic level of staff nurses, to build up life career, to satisfy the need of training and development and to maintain good nursing resource with increase of working satisfaction. Methods From 1998 to 2005, 284 nurses in the hospital were enrolled in the promotion. The criteria, conditions, clinical practices at each clinical level were defined. The on-job education curriculums were established and implemented according to the promotion program. Results Among the 284 nurses, 259 were promoted to advanced levels according to the program. Every year, each nurse received on-job education more than 85 hours according to the requirement of that level. They published 65 papers in the national nursing journals. Thirty-one papers were presented in the national nursing conference, and 8 papers were presented in the international nursing conference. Five national continuing education programs were approved.Conclusion The Clinical promotion program for staff nurse could help to develop nurse profession, improve job satisfaction, and decrease the loss of good nurses.
