摘要
直销是一种古老的销售模式,在西方已经经历了长时间的发展,而在中国,直销业由过去的无序发展时期过渡到了一个有法律保障的有序发展时期。从直销的涵义、直销与传销、直销业在中国所面临的机遇和挑战等四个方面进行了论述。
The direct selhng has a long history in western countries. However, it is still in the primary stage in China. It used to be disorder in China and now it comes into a new phase of law - regulated development. This paper interprets the definitions of direct selling and the opportunities and challenges the direct selling facing in China.
