极限强度在FPSO总纵强度规范校核中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 极限强度校核对于FPSO已成为必须的一种总纵强度校核手段。本文结合DNV船级社OS规范,对极限强度校核的基本准则、校核工况、载荷确定、计算步骤以及计算衡准等作了介绍,并对FPSO极限强度不同于常规船舶的特点作了说明。通过利用系数(Usage Factor)的引入,可更方便分析极限强度(尤其是剪切强度)校核的结果,为后续的结构设计提供有效的辅助参考。 Ultimate strength assessment has become a necessary means of global strength check for the FPSO. In this paper, basic principles, load cases, loading determining, calculation proccclure and acceptable criteria integrated with Offshore Standards of DNV ship classification society are introduced respectively. The characteristics in which the FPSO is different from traditional ships are explained. By involving the concept of Usage Factor, designers can make analysis more conveniently on the ultimate strength (especially for shear strength) results, which will provide effective reference and help to future structural design.
