Design of Integrated Automatic System of CFD 112 Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit

以2004年6月完工的中国海洋石油天津渤海公司“海洋石油112”号浮式生产储油船为实例,介绍了FPSO中央控制系统的设计及主要功能,重点介绍了国内首次采用国际上新型的应急关断和火灾及消防集中控制矩阵板等先进设计理念。

The integrated automatic system （ICS） is the brain and nerve system of the FPSO. It will directly affect producuon safety and management of the FPSO. Taking the design of CFD 112 belonged to Tianjing Bohai filiale of COONC as an example, this paper introduces primary equipments, design and functions of ICS, and gives emphasis to the latemodel and advanced design idea in terms of emergency shutdown and fire/gas detecting system.
