摘要 介绍了激光陀螺谐振腔损耗及相位差的一种测量方法。将频率可调激光器发出激光入射被研究激光陀螺谐振腔,使之产生强迫振荡。用光电接收器接收振荡功率信号,输入计算机分析,绘出谐振腔的功率谱线图。通过测量谱线半波宽度、纵模间隔时间T,计算出谐振腔的损耗及相位差。损耗测量精度可达10-6级,相位差测量精度达0.1度。 The paper focuses on a method of measuring the loss and phase shift of the ring laser gyroscope (RE,G). RLG cavity, a highly sensitive device used in advanced aircraft inertial guidance systems, has many advantages such as fairly good stability, high accuracy, large dynamic range and great duration of life. The loss of the cavity is one of the most important parameters in the design and manufacture of RLG It inputs a laser beam with adjustable frequency into a passive-resonant RLG cavity, and then receives the output ring beam of the passive-resonant RLG cavity with photoelectric cell. Results are obtained with lower-order mode matching graphics with computer. By measuring the midway width of the spectrum and longitudinal-mode interval, we can compute the losses and phase shift of cavity. The measurement accuracy of the loss and phase shift can be up to several ppm and 0.1 degree respectively.
