摘要
本文介绍了基于Web技术的大众健康管理系统的设计和实现方法,并探讨其应用的意义。该系统运用数据库访问技术(MicrosoftAccess)及网页编程技术(HTML网页标记语言、ASP技术、VBScript等相关技术)进行设计开发,实现健康风险评估和健康计划等功能,对社会大众的个人健康状况进行科学的评估,并获得相应的个人健康改善的行动计划及指南,从而达到减少医疗消费,提高人群健康的目的。
This article introduced design a system for the public health management which based on web techmology,and the discussion of the applicating of the system. This system used database technology （ Microsoft Access） and programming of Web pages （ Hyper text marked language of html,Asp technology,VBScript） to design and development;implemented the function as health risk appraisal and health plan. Doing the scientific appraisal for the people with their personal healthy condition,and the user of the system will obtain corresponding healthy improved for himself （herself） ,and then achieve the goal of reducing the medical treatment consumption and promoting health.
