摘要 心室重构是心力衰竭发生、发展过程中的重要环节,其主要是胞外基质的合成和降解失衡。转化生长因子β可以促进胞外基质中胶原的合成以及升高基质金属蛋白酶的表达,在心室重构中起重要作用。 Ventricular remodeling is very important in heart failure about its genesis and development,which mainly result from the unbalance between synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix. Transforming growth factor β can promote the collagenous synthesis in extracellular matrix and increase the expression of matrix metalloproteinase, and then plays an important role in ventricular remodeling.
