摘要 紫外线是治疗皮肤病的重要手段,其中波长为311nm左右的窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)对某些皮肤病有独特的疗效,可治疗银屑病、白癜风、特应性皮炎、蕈样肉芽肿、瘙痒症及其他难治性皮肤病,疗效确切。 Ultraviolet therapy is an important way for treating skin disease, in which about 311 nm narrow-band ultraviolet B（ NB-UVB ） has particularly curative effect on some skin diseases, such as psoriasis, vitiligo , atopic dermatitis, mycosis fungoides, pruritus and other refractory skin diseases. Its curative effect is true.
